Airplus kitchen aspirators are devices designed to exhaust hot, oily and humid air released during cooking in industrial kitchens and cooking areas. Kitchen aspirators are specially designed fans that clean the air to be released into the atmosphere by holding the oil and soot particles in the inlet air thanks to the oil trap and/or odor trap filter in the inlet section, and prevent the filtered air from coming into contact with the electric motor in a separate cell while passing through the center of the centrifugal fan, thus preventing it from being affected by both oily and humid and hot air.
Thanks to the drainage groove in the area where the oil trap filter and centrifugal fan cell are located, the drain pan and drain outlet designed for the purpose of draining condensed oil and moisture, as well as draining used water and chemicals during chemical cleaning are available as standard on the device.
