The carcass of our economic type cell aspirators is manufactured from natural anodized aluminum profile and corner elements. The cell panels are 25 mm thick, the outer wall is electrostatic powder painted and the inner wall is made of galvanized sheet.

It is indispensable for central ventilation applications thanks to its insulated panels, carcass structure, static and dynamic balanced, silent, efficient double suction radial fans. Our electric motors are 380V-50Hz as standard.

Power transmission in the fan-motor assembly used in AP-EKO series cell aspirators is provided by a belt-pulley device. Double suction radial fans are used in this series and the electric motor is mounted on top of the fan. Thanks to the belt-pulley assembly, fan speeds can be adjusted as desired and optimum flow and pressure settings are realized.

All double wall panels are mounted to the aluminum carcass with screws. Service and intervention covers are standard latching structure with compression feature that does not allow air leakage. There are 100 mm high feet made of 2 mm thick galvanized sheet metal under the cells.

Depending on customer request, G3 or G4 coarse filter can be added if fresh air is to be supplied into the space.
