Axial fans are used in parking lot ventilation systems to remove polluted air or smoke from the environment during a fire, and to provide fresh air needed by the parking lot when necessary.
Design Criteria of AIRPLUS Axial Fans
With the aerodynamic wing structures designed by the AIRPLUS R&D team, AIRPLUS Axial Fans with low energy consumption and high efficiency fully meet the design criteria required for parking lot ventilation. With the design that allows the fan blades to be mounted at different angles, it is possible to operate in wide flow and pressure ranges with the same diameter.
AIRPLUS Axial Fans consist of four main components;
• Blades
• Front Body
• Rear Body
• Shaft Housing
Fan Cell;
AIRPLUS Axial Fans are manufactured as standard with cells. The cell body made of Aluzinc sheet
provides high strength and high resistance to corrosion structurally.
Fan;
Fan hub and blades are manufactured from cast aluminum. The entire system is designed according to EN12101-3
and is suitable for operation at 300 ºC for 2 hours.
Insulation;
Sound insulation is provided by using 70 kg/m³ density rock wool between the body and the fan housing.
Cell Feet;
Manufactured from hot dip galvanized steel as standard. The fan has special carrying spaces for horizontal and vertical transportation on the construction site.
Fan Housing;
Manufactured from hot dip galvanized steel. It provides low sound level values thanks to the hollow structure on its surface.
Motor;
It has ISO-H insulation class and IP 55 protection class. The terminals used for power connection are made of ceramic material. The electrical supply is 380V/50Hz/3 phase.
