The linear vent and convector case of the product are manufactured from aluminum profiles with high corrosion resistance. We have an aluminum frame as an option.
Heating batteries are standard copper pipe and aluminum fin type, galvanized steel sheet mirrored and have a fixed brass union 1/2” internal threaded outlet outside the case. Batteries are mechanically inflated with copper pipes with 1/2” diameters and are manufactured in a way that ensures tight contact with the lamella collars.
Batteries are manufactured in 40x35 mm geometric molds with a 6 mm pitch range. Discharge and air discharge purgers in batteries are located on fixed brass unions outside the case. Thus, water contact inside the case is cut off and damage to the electrical system is prevented. After the pipe connections of the batteries are removed, they are mounted on sheet metal feet so that they can be removed.
The fans used in convectors are low-noise, 45 mm rotor diameter, 230V voltage tangential fans. It has two speeds of 1250 rpm and 1630 rpm. Optionally, it can be used in tangential fans with 24V voltage. The fan power cable ends are connected to the serial terminal and are located inside the case. The thermal relay and fuse protected city line electricity is connected to the serial terminal via the gland on the case and the electricity required for the fan is supplied. Optionally, room panel and electronic controller can be used. Thus, the motorized valve (on/off) in the battery and the speed of the tangential fan (3 stages) can be controlled.
Usage Features
AP.FC series floor convectors are supplementary to the underfloor heating system and are modern heating equipment. They can work with radiators, underfloor heating, air conditioning units, etc.
There is no wall space required during installation. The heating capacity and blowing distance are increased thanks to the fan. It is placed inside the floor housing, and it is covered with a foldable linear vent by means of a stylish and special spring inside.
Especially with the mechanical strength of the linear grille parallel to the short side, it can be used comfortably in every area of your application and you can move safely on it. All convector cases have leveling setscrew bolts on the inside of the case for ease of application. Floor convectors can be used in showrooms, winter gardens, indoor sports areas, business centers, conservatories, public areas, banks, residences and everywhere with glass curtain walls.
