Airplus Air Conditioning Technologies has been carrying out its production with its qualified personnel since the beginning of September in its new facility located on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge route on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul, at the Hüseyinli-Şile toll booth exit, with the investment it made this year.

Providing information on the subject, Airplus Air Conditioning Technologies General Manager Kubilay Çiftci said, “Our new facility is located on a total area of 9 thousand square meters. 6,700 m2 of this area is closed and 2,300 m2 is open space. There is a 2-storey Administrative Section of 1150 m2 in the closed area. In the Administrative Section, we have created a large conference hall in order to ensure the continuity of qualified labor force and quality in outsourced after-sales service (service network). Due to the established service demands, especially in overseas projects, we will use this hall, which has ideal facilities, intensively throughout the year to provide theoretical training to candidates and to update our existing resources by providing refresher training. With these works, we aim to ensure the continuity of service quality. After the theoretical training, we will be able to introduce our products in the showroom section. With this investment, we will triple our production capacity and respond to projects faster. As always; with our initial investment cost, equipment and workmanship quality, energy efficiency, flexible solution alternatives suitable for the project, suitable delivery times and original design, we will continue on our way with solid but bigger steps in our new location,” he said.

Çiftci, who also provided information about the architecture of the new factory, said, “In our new factory, we used an architectural design that focuses on the comfort and happiness of employees, continuity of quality in production and efficiency. In order to increase the interest of all department employees in the products and to ensure that they feel the common purpose, we ensured that the production area can be monitored from the common areas as well as the management sections.”

Çiftci, who also talked about the production line of the new factory, said the following: “Our product range is quite wide. In our new factory, we will continue to produce air conditioning units, DX coil air conditioning units, hygienic type package air conditioning units and rooftop package air conditioning units, fan coil units, pool dehumidification units, heat pump heat recovery units, ceiling type heat recovery units, DX coil ceiling type heat recovery units, vertical type heat recovery units, hot air units, cell fans, cell ventilators, shelter fans, hood units, shaft dampers, floor convectors, rectangular channel type fans, channel type heaters, axial jet fans and HEPA filter boxes. As has been the case for 10 years, innovative products needed by the domestic and international markets will be designed and produced. There will be 10 assembly lines in our production line. We will invest in 1 laser and 1 punch machine for our new facility. The increase in our assembly line naturally increases our need for qualified personnel. We have completed our preparations for this. We will continue to offer 'One-Stop Supply and After-Sales Service for HVAC' with our production, sales, after-sales service team and technical staff.
